Is it possible that the city/state that you have your TB located that the climate/temp be represented or incorporated in dynasty? If i have a team that's in a general warm area like Cali or Florida it's warm throughout the season. if have one in Montana or Alaska we know that it can get cold in November December.
We there be a update in the new future for the generic stadiums allowing inclement weather? 3 of the stadiums it's option is only "Clear" even in Play Now mode.
