Teambuilder upload issue (please help)

Not too long after the game released I made a team using teambuilder and everything has been working fine up until now. I went to go edit it today (4 months later) and seen it say "draft" over it and when I looked on my PS5 for it the team was no longer there. I try to reupload the team but it is taking an extremely long time and won't upload and it gets stuck saying "composting uniforms". So after contacting support I do all the steps they say even changing logos and re editing uniforms and yet still it won't upload smoothly. I even made a "test" team to see if it's my side that is the issue but the test worked every time. Has anybody came across this issue and if you have could you please help? Thank you.
