The new Halloween 91+ with nightmare fuel purchase are broken!

Why am I getting the same contact customer service issue when it’s just been updated. 3 days I haven’t been able to claim the topper reward in nightmare fuel store. For 4,000 twice as much as anything else I should be able to redeem no issue. Especially when you look into how much money you have to put in to gain that much. EA pls fix stupid mistakes
