WHY DO PLAYERS HAVE SEASON AND CAREER HEALTH BARS????

Are you telling me someone has a season and career “Health bar” so they can’t recover from injury??? This is the furthest from realistic you could get, you guys had it right in 25. What are guys supposed to do after college if they career “Health bar” goes down at the end of the year? Act like they’re NOT trying to go to the nfl??? Y’all gotta take this absurd mechanic out asap
