I have the same issue hopefully Walmart does the right thing and sends out new codes that works for PS5 they have all our emails they need to make this right
Exactly and maybe give us something more as I'm getting tired of this crap. Just give us the code and we'll be happy.

I'm sorry to say, we cannot give out codes. The retailer the game was purchased from is responsible for getting the correct code to you.
Are you / The EA team aware of the issue and enabling Wal Mart to provide us with new codes? Their view is that they get the codes from EA so if EA gives them the wrong code, there's nothing they can do.
