Community ManagerI'm sorry to say, we cannot give out codes. The retailer the game was purchased from is responsible for getting the correct code to you.
Are you / The EA team aware of the issue and enabling Wal Mart to provide us with new codes? Their view is that they get the codes from EA so if EA gives them the wrong code, there's nothing they can do.

We're not aware of any issues on our end. Again, the retailer is responsible for getting the correct codes to their customers.
Understood. Who should we be putting Walmart in contact with at EA so they can resolve this? As they continue to maintain that they can only get codes from EA. Seems like an issue impacting a broad number of users would be something EA was interested in resolving.

Walmart is responsible for getting the right codes to their customers. There is nothing else we can do to help with this over the forums. You will again need to contact their support to get this handled.
