Change New Coach Preferences?

Hello there,

I'm looking to take advantage of the Bundle Discount ability in the CEO archetype by hiring a couple of coaches with a specific archetype. 

When I look at the coaching carousel page, I see that my school's preferences are currently set to "Architect", which is not what I am looking for. Does anybody know where to change this preference so I get coordinator candidates that fit what I am looking to hire? Is it even possible to do so?

Presumably I, as the head coach, would be able to set the preference that I am looking for when reviewing candidates for my staff, but I can't seem to find where to change this to what I want to hire.
