You make some really great points but I do disagree with some, particularly the practice music. You should have the option to decrease the volume until it's completely off but I like that Playlist. I grew up on hip-hop and gangsta rap so it's a good change up for me.
If I could add to your practice ideas, I want to see several options. 1s vs 2s or 2s vs 3s or 2s vs 2s. I think we should also have the option for full scrimmages to normal practice to walk thrus where you just run the plays versus defenders but there is no tackling. Full scrimmages would actually show how players really react and play in certain situations. I need to practice 3rd and short situations or third and 22 situations, something more than just line up and go again. I get in game and the coach suggestions are plays I've never ran in 3rd and long before. I'd also like to have an indoor/outdoor practice option. Which can tie in to weather reports. I want to practice in the rain if there's a chance of rain in that weekend's game.
You are definitely right that EA should be making better games since they are so eager to have exclusive licensing on everything. People have been giving them ideas for 20 years now on what these games need to be more immersive and more iconic and they get the ideas for free and don't even utilize them.
