Dynasty Pro Potential Still Bugged

It is based on position but it is still bugged. I play as PSU which starts as a D+ for RBs, not having any drafted in the last 4 years. However after year 1 of my dynasty I have a RB drafted in rd 1 and 3, yet my pro potential remains a D+ in year 2.

Thats because its done by position, youve sent 1 QB to the league in the last 4 years and they were a day 3 pick so low impact. However... pro potential grades are still off. In my dynasty, I have sent 2 rbs to the league in the last 4 years, one was a 1st and the other was a 3rd rounder, I have a B- grade somehow...

Looked through other schools, some havent had a single back drafted in the last 4 and have the same grade as me, some have one  + drafted on day 3 and have a higher grade. Its wrong for most positions too, I have had a single qb drafted and they were day 3 like your QB and I have a B+ and Ohio State has also sent 1 day 3 qb and has an F. 

Pro Potential is per position now(It's even stated in the screenshot). Your screenshot showed 1 QB in last 4 years. you would have to screen through the positions to see the others with RT button
