EDITING PLAYERS ISSUE

I am in the year year 2031 of my Dynasty mode. All real NIL players are gone. I have "Commissoner Only" as my Player edit Permission,  and I still cannot  edit players for my team. I dont mess with the ratings but the  positions i do like to change. I shouldnt have to wait till the end of the season to change player positions. Ncaa 2025 I didnt have to wait
