Impact

I'm in year 15 of my dynasty and I've begun purchasing packages and I've triple stacked my assistants so we're getting the maximum benefit in game and recruiting our at least we should be but I feel like my recruiting 5 seasons ago with much less abilities was more powerful and efficient. I would think a level 80 coach with CEO and stacked abilities at a 5 star program would be far more efficient in recruiting. Also, when I blow out teams why does the home crowd look somber and sad as if they are the ones getting smoked? They should be losing their minds! Let me know if I'm off or this is valid. Thank you.
