No coach ability rewards

I can't get the 3k from players drafted or 1.5k from visiting player wins. I've stated another dynasty hoping this would've been patched by now but still nothing. Its very frustrating to get several years in a dynasty & can't really do much cause of bugs. Can I contact EA? I dont need the points refunded. I just want the glitch fixed.
