Skill caps during position changes are not logical or realistic

ATH changing positions should not gain skill caps

LBs (any position) should not gain skill caps when switching within those positions

Safties should not gain skill caps during switch safety positions

OL should not gain skill caps when switching between positions.   

just give us a way to turn this “feature” off because its total **bleep**.
