Suggestion: Recruiting as Coordinator

A third option at the auto recruiting on/off selection called "Limited" where recruiting is automated except a limited number of recruiting points that are set aside for the player to use to boost a few prospects, add some names to the pool, or be a ringer for a really good one.
I think this would increase the emersion in that style of gameplay.
