Teambuilder Import Not Taking Prestige/ Grades Of Replaced Team

Is this a new policy? Didn’t have to adjust downloaded teambuilder grades / prestige in the past as long as I picked a one star school. Is this a glitch that will be fixed, or intentional? 

Have online dynasty starting that want to use designs that none of us made, but they’re all 5 star prestige and A+ everything. Do I need to start on making a less creative version or wait it out?
