Unfortunately no luck with either option. Goes back to the main EA help with not case # or open cases

That's odd PapiChulo6ix9ine, I don't see any cases have been created from this account.
Can you try the specific steps above again, just to make sure a case was created with those exact topics? When you create the case, it should give you a case number. Can you let me know that number when it's created?
If it's not letting you create a case, try using an incognito mode window. It will prompt you to sign in, but just choose the Continue without logging in option and see if that changes things.

Hey CodewyFishGrain,
If resetting your EA account password didn't clear things up and the account is currently disabled, our support team may need to help get that updated for you.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
