AH Banned and Coin Wiped Here Too

Banned from AH and coin wiped on 8/18/2025 here too for Coin Distribution, never in my life have I participated in Coin Distribution.  Sold a 90 Lemon that I had pulled out of a training pack, and bought and sold a couple Thunderbirds, all within the rules...guessing it was one of those. Banned the next day. Submitted a few Appeals, have gotten bounced around and not received any updates in over a week.

I DID buy points from EA and purchased multiple Plat packs and BND packs (which, why would I buy those at all if I was distributing coins...), and only ever purchased points from EA. Played the entire year in CUT 25 with no issues at all, playing the same way and simply buying and selling cards in the Auction House and was never banned or coin wiped.

Crazy to me that they're banning people that literally spend money on the game. How do you not give your paying customers any sort of effective recourse in that situation if they've done nothing against the TOS?

  • What’s different for me is that I don’t have any notice on my account and I can access all of the content within the game. I just had all of my coins taken. Two days now and I’ve only been given the run around and told to wait for an email that I won’t be able to respond to in 10 days…has anyone had their account fixed after going through these silly hoops?  I’ve literally not found anyone in these forums or Reddit. Why doesn’t EA actually try to help their paying customers?  It doesn’t make any sense to me.

    My account also shows no penalties. They did remove access to the AH and wiped my coins though

    As did I. Lol a mod locked my post on here and marked it as solved. I was able to unmark the solved portion, but they locked the comments so y'all couldn't chime in further, because:

    Lol, the topic will have "ran its course" when we get back what we paid for, worked for, and earned within the TOS legally. There is zero way to contact TOS, so I'm tired of hearing that. You can submit up to 3 cases, but they'll deny all 3 without really looking. At this point it's about awareness if anything. Even if nobody here will help, people still need to know exactly what's going on. I've paid EA for years only to be stonewalled.

    Every **bleep**ing person at EA we can actual engage with says the same **bleep** "Not my problem, take it elsewhere".  It's not that they don't actually care about their customers, they're seemingly going out of their way to be **bleep**ty to us.  What kind of company does this?
