Literally the same **bleep** happened to me today and I only had 135k atm I so **bleep**ing confused it doesn’t even make since if I was buying/ distributing coins don’t they think I would have more that sub 130k and also I’m only a 86overall 85O 87D and I open over 700$ worth of packs I feel rob and I’m going to take legal action if this isn’t resolved soon cause I’m innocent I’ve completed every solo both tower of valors and over 23 days played so far so my time and completed challenges show literally **bleep** near all my cards are BND so idk where they got the inkling of me coin distributing and I can’t get in touch with live chat need help on how to make an appeal ASAP cause this is so wrong cause if I was buying coins or distributing them I would **bleep** sure have every ltd that touched the auction house

You can file for an appeal on this website. It is under the top menu, and then open my cases in the bottom left. On that page you can select appeal as the reason and tell them what happened. From what I've seen from other users, they are very unlikely to overturn the ruling. That woukd require an actual human representative to look over your account, which is what I'm hoping for. I'd like to think that if an actual human looks at my account it will be obvious that the bot banned me for no reason. I was flipping cards on the auction house, buying low and selling high. I was also using remote play at my father's house about an hour after I got off of my PlayStation to relist the players that didn't sell. It should be able to see where I was buying strategy items and things of that nature to help my team the whole time while I was doing the card flipping. Either way I'm hoping that they will get rid of the bots ability to ban you without direct oversight from a human. It's much too large of a decision for a robot to be able to automatically control, especially since we use real money in this game and spend a lot of time working on our teams. Hopefully it works out for the both of us. I'll keep you posted whenever they answer my appeal. One of the biggest things I hate that is even if they overturn the band you still miss out on tons of coins, promos, lockers. Our teams are also being severely devalued, because anybody that was worth anything loses a considerable amount of value every time they drop new cards that we can't participate in buying and selling. They never compensate for any of those other things like that, and I feel that that is also wrong. Once they find out that they banned someone without cause they should definitely have some kind of a make good for that player. This is the only game mode I play, and the only reason that I bought this game, and it is very frustrating. Hang in there and hopefully the appeal process works as it should, but I wouldn't get your hopes up from whatever I've read on other forums unfortunately.
