Same thing happened to me last week on Thursday. My appeal case has been transferred for what I see now 8 times since then and no response. It's flat out annoyingly that some computer bot flags your account when there are literally youtubers promoting coin selling sites and you see no recourse.
I haven't bought or sold coins and don't even put money into the game because that would add an extra layer of frustration.
Whatever the process is, has to be better. Never have been flagged and it should not result in a "permanent ban" if you aren't going to properly investigate. This is by far the opposite and the approach here seems to be guilty until proven innocent.
Bad look overall for a loved mode that I have played since Madden 11.
I play across all games from fifa to madden to CFB and never have had issues till a mass bot sweeps accounts for a terrible accusation
Same here brother! It's unfortunate. You'd think with the amount of time, effort, and money we put into this game they'd require a human oversight before a restriction is issued. Even if you don't buy packs you still spend money to buy the game, and it sounds like you're in the same boat as me, ultimate team is the only reason I bought the game. I'll update whenever I get an answer. Let me know what happens in your case. Like you said, the time keeps getting updated on the transfer but that's all I can see.
