EA SUPPORT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

I have had an ongoing issue since November of 2025. I have contacted EA Support over 20 times easily and every time they seem so eager to help me with my issue but it still gets unresolved. I've been a lifelong supporter of EA but I will not continue to support them as they continue to not care about their customers.

My Issues: All H2H seasons 1-4 have given me issues where I should have received the gold status card of my choice and the season wouldn't let me get above the points of purple status or if I did hit gold I would still receive a purple card. Meaning I have lossed 100k coins the past 4 seasons so 100K coins x 4 = 400K coins missed because there is a bug in the game. Also I never received the 250k coins the past 4 seasons for hitting gold status so I've already lost 1.4 million in coins so far. Plus not getting the 4 gold players I deserve!

Also, the last Ranksgiving tournament I got 1st place and never received the awards for that. I've been constantly contacted EA for help asking for what I deserve or compensation in coins for in the game for missing all these rewards and they just keep saying "I understand your frustration and we will look into fixing this for you" but when do you stop giving me the run around and actually give me a resolution. 

Also, the Gold players I would have got are not as valuable as they once were because the players overalls continue to improve as the year goes on. EA's Communication absolutely sucks! All in all I should have received at least 1.5 million coins in the game and also the value of 4 gold players I never received as well as the Ranksgiving 1st place player and coins I would have received. EA is an absolute joke and even though I love College Football 26 I will not continue to support this kind of behavior. Which is sad because not only have I been a lifelong fan but I spend lots of money on the game in a variety of ways. EA needs better communication with their customers to resolve these issues in a timely manner. 

Also, now the game in regular season mode is taking me back to where I restart the game after I find a player to play against which gives me a loss and sometimes that loss is in the playoffs where I lose everything I just worked for and I have to restart the season because of that now. 

Lastly, there are teams significantly worse than me making outstanding plays throughout the entire game where I lose sometimes which we were told by EA they fixed making teams the same overall even though they weren't because so many users complained about it last year. It doesn't happen a lot but enough to where its really frustrating. 

EA you need to do better and the fact that you have no one competing against you in the College Football game landscape is ridiculous because that means you can continue to not care about your customers and not worry about another company performing better than you in a college football video game because your the only one who has the rights to it. Again, EA is the worst company in the world of video games until they prove me otherwise.

  • Agree. It seems when an issue or glitch is in favor for the players, they have someone jump on it ASAP. When it is an issue in their favor they don't care about getting it rectified to help their customers, they take whatever time they want to. I refuse to put anymore money to EA. And it is not like they dont have resources to do so. They can make it happen IF they want to. I could see if they had issues every once in a blue moon but it seems to happen way to often. Like how do you ban players for playing your game with rules you make up and thousands are following. 

  • Im currently trying to get cosmetics awarded to my battlefield 6 account for challenges that have been completed multiple times and they keep telling me to do the same crap over and over again then ignoring my emails and not monitoring it. I then go to reopen the case and everything freezes on the website.... its a **bleep** redbull dogtag and the challenge is on the game. If its not active then remove it from the game but stop sending me in a loop of the same thing over and over especially when. They arent even reading my full initial concern which states I've done all the nonsense they want me to do for the 50th time with no results. Like how can they not give you digital goods for your account you earned on the game you paid full price for. 

     

    Lastly when they do respond to my emails its at like 2 am. Why do they have customer support for US customers based in some other place where their working hours are sleeping hours for the US or Europe then if you dont respond right away they just ditch your case and your back trying to send in emails that get automated responses about not being monitored or you have to try and reopen a case and the page freezes. I think I made a mistake buying a game from ea at this point
