I read the link. According to it, this is not eligible for refund. EA put out a defective product, took our money, and has no plan to remedy or to refund in any way.

This season will be the last money I will ever spend on anything associated with EA.

    Hahah I just checked the link as well, only eligible within 30 days of purchasing the game, what a joke
