Maurice Westmoreland disappeared out of my binder

So we can upgrade free Maurice Westmoreland to an 86. Great in theory. However, when I opened up the free pack with him in it, it gave me an error and now he isn’t in my binder at all. Anyone else having this issue? How should I go about getting this resolved?
