Mirage promo still broken among others

I’ve already chatted with customer service and was told the Mirage promo issue is being looked into, but wins still are not counting correctly. At this point it is hard to have confidence EA will actually resolve it properly.

 

I’m honestly embarrassed by how much real money I’ve invested into CUT while basic promo functionality continues to break. This could be handled easily by issuing the Cris Collinsworth card to affected players, but instead we get the same generic responses every time.

 

The bigger issue is this is not new. The Sunday Alumni event requiring 20 players has not tracked correctly for months either. Problems keep stacking up, communication stays vague, and players are expected to keep spending and hoping things work next time.

 

I’ve defended this mode for a long time, but this is probably the last pack I buy with real money.

    that's why refuse to give them money on packs I've stayed nms cause of all there issues and lack of not only communication but caring, at this point dont even want to get the new one cause I know it will be broken
