I paid 1500 tokens for the field pass for the National Championship but the challenges are not tracking. My team has 8 CFB players in the lineup. I am not progressing over the last few days and holds true today.
I NEVER hear from EA support nor see their replies. I PAID for these tokens. I want a refund or made right!

I paid the tokens when the new seasons began. Now I see there is only 10 days left. My question is why did the game prompt me to buy another season pass when I already bought one? Besides it not tracking, now I won’t even be able to complete another season within 10 days.

EA sports tech-support doesn’t exist for us. Even when you do the help chat line it’s just a bot like cut and paste AI type response. I got more information from chatting and Reddit than I did from the people that claimed to be employed by EA.
They’re stealing our money and giving us no recourse or ways to rectify the problem. Their best solution is telling us to come put issues in this effing chat. Seriously, like somebody reads this. Why can’t the people that work for EA actually tell the people that there is an issue instead of us hoping they read these Customer rants, which nobody does. Except for us customers.
Name another company where you pay for something do not get it and then they just say oh ask some of the other customers that didn’t get it if they didn’t get it also.
Multi billion dollar railroad Baron scam artist hustlers pickpocketing said every opportunity under the disguise of some electronic acceptable use policy and small print. Feeding this garbage and telling us it’s filet mignon.
You have to have 2+ NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP player cards, not the "regular" CFB Playoff cards.
Wrong because I have none of them and now my progress jumped from level 6 to level 17 and all my rewards piled in. So EA fixed the glitch. They removed the tokens and replaced with coins and packs with a max level of 21 instead of 48. Still only 8 days left though to complete.
