Apparently my account is just broken. Alumni, mirage and now graduation events such as the **bleep** LAUDE solo vs cpu only allows me 1 win. After winning the next game it stays at 1. Just like the mirage event, and alumni.. ea can’t figure it out……
Same….. I’ve tried everything in my end. It also says I have a pack to open but it’s not there when I open it.
Support is virtually useless and they just send you to the AI assistant half the time. So many people are having this issue and nothing from EA other than we are looking into the problem. No messages on socials from them or offer of money back or how about a credit for the next game. A gesture of goodwill would be nice and no please do not reply with the how to get a refund link because events not tracking does not qualify.
Same here. All we ever hear is “we are looking into it”.I like this game but may not be getting the next one especially considering how long it has been since these issues were first reported.
My events have been broken for a long time and only count 1 win. The next wins do not register. This has locked me out of many free rewards.
Now the new grad event “seems” to count wins (it shows 13 of my wins), but no reward packs have been given for any of the levels I’ve reached.
