Random Desync Natty

In the Natty, up two scores with a pick to ice the game at 2 minutes, and got desynced… no lag with fast reliable internet and this gets thrown at me.  Tried contacting eahelp for them to give me my reward and they just told me to post this here.  Have any of you dealt with this before and if so were you able to get compensated for unfairly getting kicked?

(the ending commentary was like a laugh in the face)
