ranked points not registering on ult

I just talked to them again today and they said they were gonna fix it just like yesterday I am just desperate for a solution so I was playing ranked about a week ago and everything was working fine I grinded all the way to champ 3 and was excited because I only need one more win to get my top 100 rewards and I was at 3150 points so when I won my last game I backed out eagerly ready for my rewards that weren’t there my points stopped registering and now it won’t go up or down from 3150 I have won and lost games and it just stopped working and I have definitely won enough by now to be much over the top 100 threshold
