Does anyone have a way to contact the ToS Team directly? I was told by chat support last night that the only way to contact them is via email but they did not provide an email address. I am in a very similar boat (only had my coins removed) and would like to expedite the remediation of my open Case.

Have not found any emails or anything, Submitted multiple cases and have heard nothing. This process is unbelievably opaque. Just crazy to me they're totally cool with just banning so many people who have paid money and followed the rules.

The bans are crazy for sure, obviously there's some bot or automation that is flagging these accounts wrongly. This shouldn't happen in the first place but since it has it should be 911 until it's fixed. What absolutely blows me away is the fact that they don't seem to have any interest in fixing this problem for their paying customers. We shouldn't have to fight to have this corrected...What a **bleep**ty company

I somehow believe actual humans review these cases. I was first banned for coin distribution. Then after a thorough investigation. It was confirmed I had cheated in CFB26 MATCH EVENTS. I mean players were quitting on me. I dont think AI bots would forget what the initial violation was.
It's just EAs way of using the TERMS OF SERVICE
TO BULLY ITS OWN PAYING, PLAYING, INNOCENT COSTUMERS.
THERE ARE PROBABLY ALOT THAT HAVE ALREADY STARTED A NEW ACCOUNT AND FEEDING EA MORE OF THEOR HARD EARNED MONEY.
EA WINS MORE ACCOUNTS MORE MONEY.
