Same issue for 3 days. Tried all combinations of friends playing different roles, but nothing works. Sometimes it happens in duos, then trios will work. Sometimes trios doesn’t work, and duos will. Sometimes neither works. It’s really strange. Knowing EA, and based on similar issues with CFB25, it’s likely something weird like having a non-starter in a specialist position. I’ve tried a few things with no success.
