Wrongful Ban

I know this isn't the right chat but hopefully this can somehow get to the TOS team. I was banned after the first day of the Redshirt Rumble event. I

If you look at X or Reddit the overwhelming majority of users say they got unbanned within a day. I didnt get so lucky.

Every day Im banned is another day my team loses value. There needs to be some consistency with if ATQ and quit before 5 wins to earn 100k rather than a 94+ is acceptable. While I didnt participate in ATQ it is still important for the community to know whether or not its acceptable. Its been going on since CFB25 with NO mention of a potential permanent ban. 

EA Im looking for clarity not just for myself but for everyone in CUT.

    Its like I got punished for submitting an appeal ASAP. If I would have left it alone I probably would have got unbanned along with everybody else.

    This is peak Ultimate Team szn and I cant participate. If I dont get unbanned soon I promise its the last dollar they're getting out of me.

     Im not wasting another 20+ hrs either doing solos again on a new account to try to catch up to my main either

    I think Im just gonna make a post once a day hoping somehow it could get passed to the TOS team if they even exist. Its sad. I really dont see myself buying CFB next yr or touching another ultimate team mode since you can get banned just engaging with the new content.

    We have a specific process for ban appeals. If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps to contact the ToS Team in the following link:

    Yes. The problem is I've been stuck on "waiting on studio" status for nearly 2 weeks. I was banned after the anti-cheat system got triggered from the Redshirt Rumble event when my opponents quit out early. 

    Since then, the event structure has changed and many have been unbanned except for me.

    I honestly feel like part of the problem was that I submitted an appeal right after I got the email rather than waiting a day or 2 like other people did.
