Independence Bowl: Independence Stadium

I’ve noticed that Independence Stadium is one of only a few stadiums that haven’t been put on the game. They haven’t had their stadium on the game since the Xbox/PS2 days. I reached out to the Business Manager of the stadium. Here is what they told me.  (Attached) It’s a small request compared to others, but it’s a stadium I’ve actually always enjoyed going to watch the bowl games. Regardless of who plays.

 But it looks like they have tried multiple times to get it added.

    That’s a really interesting find. If the stadium management has already tried multiple times to get Independence Stadium added, it seems like the issue may be more about licensing or the approval process than lack of interest. It would be great to see it finally return, especially for fans who have memories of watching bowl games there. Hopefully the developers take another look at it.
