Question about two big CFB27 dynasty features

So I would like to know why these haven’t been added, and would be very grateful if anyone from the dev community could respond. 

1. coordinator promotions. Why can’t an OC or DC get promoted or accept a job offering as head coach of their current team. It makes no sense to me. This would definitely add to the immersion of dynasty if you were to add this. 
   
   
2. coordinator recruiting.  If you are a specific coordinator (offense or defense) when you are recruiting, you should only have to spend time on recruiting players on your side of the ball. This makes it more realistic, and to take it a step further, the HC allocates the amount of NIL and Hours you can spend on players on your side of the ball, so the CPU has some resources to use to recruit players of the other side of the ball. 

this would make the game a lot more fun and I’m sure would increase consumer interest. Please, can anyone from EA inform me if you can add this in an update this or next year, or why it won’t be added.
