Is Anyone Else Having Issues Recruiting DT & SS?

My coach is at Arkansas now and we're actually pretty dominant in the SEC. Life is good except for this game not allowing me to recruit Defensive Tackles and Strong Safeties. I have everything under Recruiter except Elite Recruiter because it won't let me get any 5 stars. But, I can't even sign a 2 star DT or SS. Am I the only one having this problem?
