The flagship cup trophy not received after a W

I have been playing the rivalry games on cfb 27 and for some reason I haven't received my flagship cup trophy. After three unsuccessful attempts I have yet to receive the trophy after winning the game with both teams. I unlocked the mascots but still no trophy so it has to be a bug. Alot of time wasted as well.
