Ive started to use to the EA app for the first time and my game is missing from the my collection. Its available on my old lap top when i log on through origin.
Customers services cannot resolve the problem
same here. i only have 9 of 17 from the collection
I also have 9 games shown in my EA App. I haven't installed all of them to check but according to the details of each game, it looks like they have packaged the main games along with their expansions. This adds up to the 17 games in the collection. For example, it says Red Alert is Red Alert, Counterstrike and The Aftermath.
I would love to try and check that but unfortunately I get the message: " failed to start, please try again later" continously.
@AlienX55 @beastvermin82 There were never 17 actual 'games' though; most of these are expansion packs, and from that screenshots I just see them all bundled with their expansion packs. Which ones are you actually missing?
