PC: Red Alert 3 Game wont start with original Hardcopy Licence

The game doesent start, repair and reinstalling doesent help. Starting in Admin Mode seems to lunch a ancient login mask, where key validation fails due to "being offline". Probabbly a Licencing Problem any Ideas? Check screenshots Thx for help! Cheers Tom
