Dead space 3 is not showing in the My Games section

I bought dead space 3 the money has gone out of my account but it is not in my games 

Same as me. Chat is not working conveniently and been waiting on the phone for over an hour... Surely EA must be aware of a problem yet still let you shell out £50 for a game you can get in a store for a lot less? Wish I just ordered it from Game instead!

If I get answered I will update on how to (hopefully) resolve!

No all i get is there is a technical problem please refresh the page and try again. but of course it still doesn't work.

I have managed to get into the chat, just waiting to get spoken to now. Been on hold for 50 mins now on the phone though haha!

I've given up on the phone, again will try chat again.

i got through on chat he told me to ring the number not helpful at all, been on phone 30 mins now still on hold, but it doesnt even give uyou dead space as an option so had to click on account issue 

5 min wait in chat, woohoo I think!!
