I digitally bought Dead Space 2023 the night it came out and I’m still on chapter 2 because the game will freeze and crash to the Home Screen just about every 15 minutes causing me to have to replay certain sections up to 3 times. Other games I play work just fine so I’m certain my console is not at fault here.
Normally it happened on chapter 2. I restarted the game after deleting the save files and this time it happened a few rooms after getting the plasma cutter. just after I have to freeze the slamming door.

Can you creat a guest account on your console, and play through just to the same part and see if it happens again?
I created a guest account played up to the part with the slamming door. I was able to play through the whole fixing the tram part, went back through the slamming door and got a freeze/crash after going up the stairs just after fighting the guy that comes out of the floor.
Community Manager@ChanMan59595 so the guest account worked up until you get to that point, then kind of backed around and when you went through the door again, it happened?
Have you been able to get past that part since it did it again?
