Dead Space PS5 - Chapter 6 Progress Bug, autosave issue with tentacle arm

Update: Apparently when I found the tentacle laying on the ground and stomped its weak point, the game auto-saved again because when I restarted my PS5 and re-launched the game, the game had moved me past the tentacle spot as though I killed it and I was able to continue on with the game.

@TurianRenegade Are you able to progress normally now or is it still locked up?
