Dead Space won’t load for Xbox Series X

Question

Hello, a couple of weeks ago I was able to get into Dead Space and play the game fine. But now I can’t even load the game - I’ve done a soft and hard restart, uninstall and reinstall 2 times, deleted the save data. This is for Xbox Series X, I contacted support a couple of days ago but I’m still having no luck. My game does have the latest update as well.

@haleyp34 If its the Seagate slot in the back of the console, that should be able to offer speeds equal to the internal SSD, so I would say no/its fine.

Is that where its located? (also to check do you have the official Seagate one or a other market version?)

@EA_Illium yes- I tried everything including what the tech support told me over twitter. I uninstalled the game until this crash gets fixed.

Are you playing on an Xbox account that purchased Dead Space
Are you a part of a Xbox insider program (this or test builds of Xbox that allows you to get features early)

Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
Check for&nbsp;updates&nbsp;
Try the steps in our Connection&nbsp;and&nbsp;Advance Connection&nbsp;Guides&nbsp;
Open you're Xbox NAT Type
Remove then Readd&nbsp;Gamer Tag to console&nbsp;
Persistent Storage&nbsp;

Go to&nbsp;settings&nbsp;&gt; Select&nbsp;Device &amp; Connections&nbsp;&gt; Then&nbsp;Blue-Ray&nbsp;
Select&nbsp;Persistent Storage&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;Clear Persistent Storage&nbsp;

Alternate Mac:&nbsp;

Go to&nbsp;settings&nbsp;&gt; Select&nbsp;General &nbsp;&gt; Then&nbsp;Network settings&nbsp;
Go to&nbsp;advanced settings&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;Alternate Mac address&nbsp;&gt; Select&nbsp;clear&nbsp;
Select&nbsp;restart&nbsp;

Delete local saves&nbsp;&nbsp;

Press the&nbsp;Xbox&nbsp;button on your controller to open the guide, and then select&nbsp;My games &amp; apps.&nbsp;
Highlight the game, press the&nbsp;Menu&nbsp;button on your controller, and then select&nbsp;Manage game &amp; add-ons.&nbsp;
In the menu on the left side of the screen, scroll down to Saved Data, then highlight the saved data for your gamertag on the right and press the&nbsp;A&nbsp;button on your controller.&nbsp;
You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:&nbsp;

Delete from console&nbsp;removes the local copy of this save. You can get it from the cloud the next time you play.&nbsp;
Delete everywhere&nbsp;removes your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on.&nbsp;
Cancel&nbsp;leaves your data intact.&nbsp;
