I bought PRO, and it shows, but I am unable to download any games on the app (on Windows). I keep getting an error that says: A problem with your download occurred, try again in a few minutes.
Exact same issue here. Using EA Desktop Purchased a Pro subscription. Unable to download. "There's a problem with your download. Something went wrong during download. Give us a few minutes, then try again."

Right, that is the exact message I am getting. I am able to download games I already own...that let's me know the issue is not on my end. If it were a "clearing the cache" or an reinstall issue (I've done both many times) I wouldn't be able to download anything. There is something going on with the servers recognising our membership. I can't even download non-pro games that I don't own. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I submitted a ticket, but I doubt anything will result.
@ESBravo33EA Play PRO lets me download NFS Unbound, for examlple, but doesn't let me download Dead Space.
I think that this is something with recognizing membership too, because on the homepage of EA App I see a big banner about benefits of Dead Space in EA Play Pro, but when I click a big "Download" button, it shows me the game's page where it asks me to buy the game instead of download it.(Also tried to purge cache, didn't help)
It's been a whole day and I'm still having this issue. Can someone at least answer something, guys? I wait so long to play this remake, and can't even download it!
Ok, I found some solution on Internet - I used VPN to start my downloading. Then I disabled VPN, and it continues to download.

Where did you get the VPN?
@ESBravo33 I used Surfshark, I have paid account. There are several free VPNs, like Windscribe, that might help.
- @madaolex I fixed it by creating a new folder inside c/program files/ EA games and installed on the new folder.
