XSX/PS5 - Can enter Crew Deck in Chapter 5, breaks game later

In Chapter 10 I have to get the Crew Deck Key Card from the 2nd floor of the Zero-G Gym. However, I did this earlier in the game while exploring, so I already have the Crew Deck Key Card in my invent...

Any Updates on the update/fix?

I haven't played all week, I REALLY don't want to start another game.

So.. I guess no fix? I do not have a key in my inventory but as soon as I get back to Ishimura the nav feature is gone and the get the last rig mission comes up.. I don’t even mind skipping this extra content if possible (side mission), but how do I carry on playing my game? Appreciate any help
