Bad, tiny, blurry subtitles! (Dragon age inquisition)

Hello EA. I would like to report a big problem of mine. I'm playing on PlayStation 3, and i'm playing "Dragon Age inquisition". The problem is that i can't read the subtitles, they are to tiny and blurry. I was looking forward too play, but it is so bad i can't. I'm just so annoyed and irritated about this. I tried playing the first chapter, but it was impossible. 

It's like when i make a decision i'm just thrill-fully waiting to see if i made a good one, all though i just guessed what the choices said by the length and possibilities of the word.

Solutions i have tried. 
-Switch TV twice. (did not work).
-Change screen size, sharpness and color on the TV, (Didn't work either).
-Tried looking at the settings of the game, but there are none that was helpful.
-Looked for other who have had the same issue, i found a lot of people actually. (Didn't find any solutions).

There isn't only me who struggles with this. I really hope you will take your time and help us out with this. I was really looking forward to play, i basically broke the bed out of happiness and quite a lot of jumping. I got almost heartbroken when i found out there wasn't a lot i could do about this problem. I hope you'll find a way, so that all us who struggles with this problem can be able to play!

    Unfortunately, Answers HQ is not the place to go if you wish to speak to EA, it is a forum for players to help other players out with their games, it's not official in any way. For some reason, the Bioware forum links here for technical support, which is probably why so many people are confused as to what Answers HQ is.


    If you would like to speak to EA about this issue, your best bet would be to click on the big orange 'contact us' button at the bottom of this page. Not sure how much help they'll be, however.

    It's possible someone on these forums has had the same problem as you and has found a solution. Perhaps if you specify your problem is with PS3 in your thread title (you should be able to edit it), you might get the attention of such a person.

    Very sorry you're having this problem and it's preventing you from enjoying Inquisition, it really is a great game. Hope you can find a solution, sorry I couldn't be more help. Good luck 🙂

    There's an option to increase subtitle size in the audio settings of all places.

    If increasing this setting still makes it hard to read, could you specify whether you have a modern HD TV? I remember there being a lot of complaints about Mass Effect 2's text size because back then, there were still quite a few people who played on CRT televisions.

    I can't read anything in the whole game, I've tried getting into the settings of the game, but i don't know what to click on. It only say i can change what language to put on the subtitles and that is as far as i have come to change the subtitles ☹️

    I have tried with a completely new HD TV and with a less new TV. both did not work.

    Thank you, but i have tried contacting them in that way, but i can't ☹️ They just sent me to this page so i wrote it in the forum.
