Its still not working now 15/7/23

Does unlinking EA account from Steam and linking a new one might help? Since I see the issue is already persisting with no answer so far, I pretty doubt it will be fixed soon. And I want to play it.

Edit: not gonna work - I have created a new EA account and DAKeep is also not loading. 

@andypurden Hey, so that error is a tricky one. There aren't honestly that many ways to fix it because the site itself has very little support. There are ways you can try to fix it on your end but ultimately it just ends up resolving itself.

Change your password
Change your email
Clear all cache and history from the browsers
Sign into a new browser on a new device on a completely different internet connection

Delete Windows Temp Files

• First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
• Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
• Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
• Delete everything it allows you to delete
• Reboot the PC

Optional Registry clean-up

• install CCleaner (it's free) from here
• Run Registry cleaner
• Click review selected issues
• Do you want to back up? No
• Click Fix all selected issues

I am curretnly having the exact same issue as the one mentionned by @andypurden.

I just tried every steps you mentionned in your post in this thread from 30 minutes ago and it still does not work.

I tried login in from different devices and I still have the issue.

A friend of mine tried (though he thinks it was working for him several monthes ago) and it does not work for him either.

It seems to be a 'generalish' issue since more than 1/2 people are currently affected.

Could you look into it or escalate this bug internally ?

[EDIT] That seems to be a server issue since my firefox console gives me some 500 http error on some of your api lines.

I have tried all of that and still can't access the keep. 

Same on my side. I even tried to use new created account and still gives same results. Are you escalating it somewhere for a fix...?  

Hello, since yesterday my dragon age keep doesn't load anymore. Every time after logging in I get the message "Oops, an error occurred". I've tried everything, but the situation hasn't changed. But since I wanted to continue playing my game, I created a second account so that I can save the decisions for the time being, but the same problem occurred here immediately. Is the server down or can someone help me somehow? I want to be able to use my account normally again

@Rumbyify I got the same error. I will report it but keep in mind with the age of the site, there is very limited support so it may not be looked into right away.

I have the same problem, it was working in the morning, now it's not working
