Unable to connect to server, or collect my Deluxe edition items!

I purchased this game soon after it was released and am still unable to play Multiplayer, or use the items that I purchased with the Deluxe Edition. I live in the United States, purchased the game on EA's official website and have provided my order number to EA support represantives over chat.

Every single time I start the game I receive a message that says the "Dragon age servers are unavailable at this time". I have tried every single "solution" posted in this thread: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/Dragon-Age-Inquisition-won-t-connect-to-the-Dragon-Age-Servers/td-p/4002221/page/2.

I have a stable internet connection (and have no trouble connecting to other DRMs such as battle.net, steam, or any other online services or websites), have tried both wired and wirless, have flushed my DNS with the following method (in cmd window running as administrator):

Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /registerdns and press Enter
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.

I have been instructed to download a tool to trace the route from my computer to EA's server and I have sent the logs to EA via my tickets, with no solution. I can post the logs if necessary, and I believe they are indicating packet loss on an IP address that is listed as mea5-pub.pt.iad.ea.com, indicating the problem has to do with EA's server. Again I can repost the logs to this thread.

I have reinstalled Origin (both DA:I and Origin are installed in the default directories). I have added multiple inbound rules in my firewall to allow both DA:I and Origin. I have been continually told by EA support that a "specialist" will email and/or call me, yet I have not been contacted and my tickets remaining active.

My next issues, which I assume is related, is that my "add-on's and bonuses" are not applied to my game. When I hover DA:I in Origin and click the "i" icon, I see that the Flames of Inquisition Weapons have a status of "Installed" yet I am not able to interact with the chest in Haven. I have tried making multiple characters (and replaying the intro over and over on Nightmare is getting frustrating to say the least).

I have tried 'repairing' the game through Origin as well and it appears to validate content and redownload the soundtrack/weapons/mounts ie the Deluxe Content, yet it never appears ingame both on pre-existing characters or when I remake from scratch. I recently deleted all saves and replayed from the beginning and I still do not have the Deluxe Content.

I am posting on the forums because I would like to draw attention to this as well as get a response from EA as my support tickets are getting me nowhere. Quite frankly I purchased this game for $70 and the level of disregard I have received over the last few WEEKS is insulting as a customer. I received a phone call this afternoon and was gaurunteed a "specialist" would call me later today yet I have still heard nothing.

Please let me know if you have had a similar problem and hopefully someone at EA will read this.

Just had a call with support, reinstalled the game, changed settings in my browser and did a clean boot and it STILL doesn't work. I STILL do not have acess to add-on items (even though they are listed as INSTALLED when I view the game information on the Origin client) and I STILL can't connect to the dragon age server.

WOW. An EA support agent just emailed me instructions on how to uninstall dragon age ORIGINs not Inquisition. The level of support is so frustrating I'm on the verge of tears. These good for nothing clowns are instructing me to delete registry items for the wrong **bleep** game. They want me to trust them enough to edit the registry per their instructions, but are not competant enough to understand what game I am playing. What a joke of a company, and a joke of a game. A waste of money, time, effort. This is so atrocious it makes me want to throw up. EA is literally making me sick to my stomach with this level of support. I seriously hope they suffer.

    Update:

I just used Revo Uninstaller to remove both Origin and DA:I completely, including cleaning up MANY registry files (I believe 24, and 11 respectively). I then reinstalled both Origin and DA:I and it STILL doesn't work.

At least the EA support is helpful though!

I just purchased this game tonight. Downloaded the Origin client and it will not let me log in saying "Online login is currently unavailable".

Honestly man just try to get a refund, I've been trying to get this problem fixed since I bought it soon after release, they clearly don't care. I literally can connect to every other game, DRM, website, whatever, but can't connect to their servers or get my DLC items. It's really pitiful..

    Litterally, WTF....

I have the early pre order, Digital Delux, and the Hardcopy Delux editions.  Before my game saves went to **bleep** at over 20+ hours in, I had the Flame weapons and armor, and the mounts that I got to in game.

Seeing as I had to restart from new game, after a total dump clusterfuck with my Cloud data ruining my saves, I now do not have half of my DLC.  I was able to get the weapons and armor in Haven, but have none of my mounts available.  The flames mount, the bog unicorn, or the Holla.

So far the best Dragon Age game made, is also the shittiest.

Yeah man. I still can't connect, nor can I claim my Deluxe Edition items (ANY of them). This is literally stealing.

I've spoken with many, many, EA support specialists who have extensive knowledge - for example after speaking with one for over a half hour on the phone describing my problems with DRAGON AGE INQUISITION, I was "gaurunteed" that by doing a complete uninstall (including registry keys) and reinstalling it would work. They then proceeded to email me a guide on how to uninstall DRAGON AGE ORIGINS (with specific folder locations and hkeys that don't exist for Inquisition).

The level of support and care is less than what a trained monkey could provide. I ended up using Revo Uninstaller to sniff out remaining reg keys and doing a complete reinstall of both Origins and DA:I. The game still can't **bleep** connect to DA:I servers, NOR can it seem to load my items. I am going to demand a refund, probably get in touch with my CC company to explain that I did not receive the services I paid for and will try to strongarm my money back and I recommend anyone reading this who is experiencing this problem do the same.

BUMP. Patch is out, and guess what? I STILL am unable to connect to the DA servers and I STILL don't have my Deluxe Edition items. How can I even be sure the patch has affected my game? It indicated it was downloading in Origin when I logged in today, yet when I "Repair Game" In Origin it also indicates that my Deluxe Edition content has downloaded as well.

Who cares if they patch a game that is still inherintely broken? Why do I care about any patch changes to Multiplayer if I STILL don't have access. I have submitted support ticket after support ticket and the responses I am receiving are literally insulting. I will post the logs later probably.
