Currently, it is only possible to make changes to your inquisitor and update key choices from DAI while you are in the initial Character Creator.
However, happy to pass the feedback along to the team about moving the area outside of your CC.

Are there any plans to remedy this? I am currently 30 hours into my first playthrough and missed the editor for the inquisitor even though I just beat DAI a day before Veilguard came out. Frankly, it was very easy to miss in the character creator. I would also suggest adding the option for editing the inquisitor and DAI choices right before actually meeting the inquisitor. It did not feel great to meet the inquisitor only for it to be some random lady when I just spent 75+ hours playing DAI and another 30 hours just to meet them.
