audio stuttering persists after patch

Hello!

I'm unfortunately still having problems with audio stutter during gameplay after the first patch.

It only happens during combat and whenever my camera is on an area with many NPCs. I have done every troubleshooting step I can think of, and that was recomended by others online. But I cannot tell if this is an issue on my end or with the game itself (I'm not very tech-savvy).
