Yeah, that's me, too. They just recite the same list that is in the article about this and when that fails they dismissed me and told that someone would fix it or they wouldn't. (Two of them implied that the team may not have a fix for this.) Then they listed my case as "No Fix" and closed it. It's disheartening given how long I've been a loyal fan and customer.

Me too, I have almost all DA merchandise as this is my favourite franchise ever and I couldn't even finish this game because of this issue. It feels so bad being a massive DA fan when we are treated this way. The fact it has taken so long to be fixed is so dismissive of our time and money from Bioware.
