Soon, I hope. I spent a lot of money on this pre-order deluxe version. More than I would ever really consider spending on a game. But it was my birthday present to myself as I am such a huge Dragon Age fan. I'm rather regretting it now.

I opened a ticket and was directed to contact chat support. Then chat support said that I needed to post in the forums as they can't reach out to me with a case, only on the forums. There was a chest in the room with Varric after the opening of the game but it disappeared after I opened it; I didn't even have a chance to see what was or was not in it. It has not reappeared even when going through the opening again. There is no indication that I even own either the Preorder bonus in the wardrobe nor the Deluxe Edition content. I waited and checked Rook's wardrobe once he gained access to it, and the items are not there. I do not mean that they are present but locked or marked with "???", I mean they are simply not in the wardrobe at all.
Once I made certain that the content was installed, I have done the following in an attempt to fix the issue.
- I have repaired the game in the EA app.
- I have cleared the cache of the EA app.
- I have uninstalled Dragon Age: The Veilguard and then the EA app and then reinstalled both.
Nothing has worked. The content that I purchased is not present in my game. Any help would be fantastic. I would also really like some kind of assistance or real support. So far I'm just getting the run around. They act as if I'm annoyed that I didn't get some free promotional item instead of content that I paid extra to get. Then they have the nerve to thank me for being a longtime fan and hope that I am excited for what comes next for the Dragon Age series. What comes next is that I don't buy it from the EA app and I will not be purchasing any more DLC until I get what I paid for and get some assurance that this won't happen again and I am strongly encouraging others to do the same.
I strongly recommend that every single person with this problem open a ticket and then chat, email or whatever their support every two to three days for status updates so that they understand that stealing from customers is not acceptable. And that they are not just walking away with our money.

I've contacted support 3 times about this and not one of them knows how to get it to work so it seems this is an EA/Bioware issue. The devs have confirmed to us they are looking into this but if they ever fix this is anyone's guess.

Yeah, that's me, too. They just recite the same list that is in the article about this and when that fails they dismissed me and told that someone would fix it or they wouldn't. (Two of them implied that the team may not have a fix for this.) Then they listed my case as "No Fix" and closed it. It's disheartening given how long I've been a loyal fan and customer.

Me too, I have almost all DA merchandise as this is my favourite franchise ever and I couldn't even finish this game because of this issue. It feels so bad being a massive DA fan when we are treated this way. The fact it has taken so long to be fixed is so dismissive of our time and money from Bioware.
