Can't dodge or use arrows on PC using mouse and keyboard.

Nothing changed.Closed synapse and the dodge still is not working.

I activated Steam-Input and it worked

Same here. I have the Razer Huntsman V3 and can't dodge or use ranged attacks as long as my keyboard is plugged in. Closed all the software though the task manager and tried also the "Enabled Steam Input"-Fix, but nothing works so far.

I have the same issue.  Closing Razer Synapse does nothing.  Unplugging my Razer Keypad is not an option for me.  This is a coding issue as every other game I play works perfectly.

I wanted to check if anyone is still seeing crashing at launch after updating their BIOS. If so, be sure to try the steps on our post: Dragon Age The Veilguard - Technical Assistance & Bug Reports | EA Forums - 4985821

We can also try a few workarounds depending on exactly what is happening. 

• Unable to continue past "Press Start To Play" - Try making changes to Windows Defender, steps here. 
• Crashing during Shader Compilation - Check for BIOS, Windows, and Graphics Driver updates. 
• Inputs not registering in Character Creator or when playing, Try disabling any third-party software (like Razer Synapse) and check if this continues. If this continues, try using a different peripheral. 
  
  • Also make sure you have not additional Input devices (like HOTAS controllers) connected. 

After going through the above troubleshooting and workaround. If you continue crashing at launch or when trying to start a new game, please let us know the following. 

• EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
• Which platform or client are you on?
• Are you getting an error message?
• If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
• If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

Dodge is not working at all (PC, mouse + keyboard). As the result, there is impossible to play warrior class - big ogres kill the char because he cannot avoid their attacks. Rebinding to another key doesn't help. Could anyone help with this?

I'm having this issue as well.  No dodge or ranged attacks when my Tartarus Chroma is plugged in.  I've tried closing the software, replugging the device, rebooting the computer and enabling the Steam input.  None of it has helped.  

Mine doesn't as soon as I plug it in dodge and bow quit.

If you have a gaming keypad device you have to unplug it and leave it unplugged and close down any software support for those devices (i.e. Razer Synapse, LG gaming etc.). Mine started working once I unplugged my Tartarus gaming keypad and closed the supporting software. It's also very possible it does not like Razer devices as a whole, but currently that is just speculative.

Same issue with Razer Tartarus V2. Not using the Tartarus is not an option for me so this needs to be fixed. Only other game that had issues with this was another frostbite game in BF 2042 which was eventually fixed.
